Your instructors:

We are self-employed Approved Driving Instructor’s (ADI).
We have an enhanced CRB certificate to work with young adults. We will provide well planned and structured tuition tailored to your needs to produce the best results where possible.
The driving school car will always be fully insured for the duration of your driving lessons.

Personal belongings:

You are responsible for your own personal belongings. Your driving instructor will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged property.

Tuition:

Tuition is only available to persons who meet the following criteria – Aged 17 or over and hold either a valid UK full or provisional license or be legally entitled to drive in the UK.

Lessons:

Timing, duration and location of your driving lessons will be agreed between your instructor and you the pupil. You must notify your instructor of any matters which may affect your ability or entitlement to have tuition, for example – a loss of your valid UK full or provisional license. We also reserve the right to cancel your driving lesson(s), if we suspect the use of drugs or alcohol.

Cancellations of lessons:

If you wish to cancel or change a lesson, a minimum of 36 hours’ notice should be given to your instructor. Giving this minimum period of notice your instructor shall rearrange your next lesson. If you do not provide at least 36 hours’ notice of cancellation you will be charged for the lesson(s) concerned in full.

Test readiness:

Your instructor will keep an eye on your progress and advise you when you are likely to be ready for your practical driving test. The decision with be made with the test waiting time in mind and how many driving lessons will be taken up to that date. Please remember and understand that we are unable to allow you, the pupil, to go to test until you are ready. We reserve the right to withhold our vehicle if you are not at the required standard.

Payment and lesson booking:

All lesson payments are required before lesson commencement, you can pay directly into the bank or pay in cash at the start of your lesson.

Price changes:

We reserve the right to increase our rates due to competition and inflation. If our hourly rate was to increase, you the pupil, will be given a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.

Refund policy:

You are entitled to cancel your prepaid tuition at any time. Where possible to do so you will be refunded using the same method of payment you used to pay for your lessons. If for any reason we are unable to do this, we reserve the right to refund you by any other method deemed appropriate. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to reach you or your bank account. If you have purchased a block of lessons and require a refund, the refund will be less any hours taken at the hourly rate.

Transferability of lessons:

You cannot sell or transfer lessons which have been purchased in your name to another person.
All block booking lessons must be used within six months.
